The hotel has a perfect location. the staff is super friendly, from the front desk to the venue staff. - the units are tastefully decorated and tidy, equipped with a rain shower, WiFi, and Jacuzzi.

Incredibly nice employees at the front desk and property staff. Well-equipped and reasonably large room with absolutely gorgeous views of the mountain and pool. - Marvellous and unbeatable location within a 10-15 minute walking distance from an elaborate mall.

The staff were wonderful, it was very well priced and our room especially the bathroom was beautiful.
They didn't understand what don't make it hot mean in the resturant with food

Details details....they really hit the the mar when it came to all the little things. It was a good value and the pool side room was fantastic. I'm not a huge fan of the style/ design of the decor but the quality of the hotel was beyond my expectations and made up for my personal esthetic differences.

I liked the spacious room , the beautiful bathroom with big shower, as well as the big balcony
The staff in the restaurant during morning breakfast was not acting professional, a bit sloppy, no language skills. When my husband wanted some bacon, the tray was empty and stayed empty for at least 20 minutes. He finished his breakfast by then, so he did not bother anymore

Great staff, new hotel in good rooms. We had friends on superior rooms and we were in deluxe room with huge baloney. Both very well appointed.
Breakfast was a bit short of choices cpmpared to other hotesl in the same price bracket in Patong. But Egg guy was great remember my order before I asked.

Everything is beautiful here, had a really really nice stay for all services. The units are beautifully maintained with nice sized bathroom. The in-house restaurant is great, serves warm dishes: )

The staff were excellent they were so kind everyday and very helpful. Only about a 5 min walk to the beach.
